A member asked:

Can i be growing without growth pains? also, can nausea, headache, and fatigue be signs?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Rapid growth?: You do not have to have growing pains when you are growing. The other symptoms you describe can be the result of rapid growth and inadequate intake of water and salt. Have your doctor check you if this continues, especially have him or her check your pulse lying down and then standing to see if there is a greater than 30 beat difference. You may need to drink more water and eat more salt.
