Where are you in your cycle?Could be a delayed period due to an over-active ovary.Could be you're pregnant (if there's even a 1/1,000,000 chance you are, then get a urine test). If the pain persists and you can't see your GYN within a week or if it's getting worse,especially if on one side, then a visit an Urgent Care or ER
