Hello. i have been experiencing some extreme bloating the past few weeks. and today, i am only a little bloated, however i have a sharp pain in my pelvic region. it comes and goes, but it is very sharp. i also have a thick white discharge.

Need an exam: Your symptoms are not all related. The white discharge is due to a Candida yeast infection. OTC creams like Monistat will treat this. Sharp pain in the pelvic region can be due to a number of conditions. Please see your physician or gynecologist to find out the cause for your pain. You won't be able to diagnose the cause online.
