Are you pregnant?: If you are a month late, the first thing you should do is a pregnancy test. If it's negative, you should see your GYN to find out what's going on.

Pregnancy testing: The most common and most likely reason for your symptoms and your period being late is a pregnancy. Do not know if that is good or bad but it would certainly be the first thing to rule out or in by doing a home pregnancy test.
