Not cured yet: You may have residual frontal sinus infection. If the drainage of the sinus is blocked, you won't have a runny nose. See the doctor wo recently treated you, or better yet, an ENT specialist.

There's still: inflammation present of your sinuses post bacterial infection. The frontal sinuses are behind the eyebrows, above the orbits of the eyes, the sphenoid sinus is deep behind the nasal bone, more or less in the middle of the head between the eyebrows. So, you are still in the recovery phase, and might do well with very short term decongestants, or Neti pot irrigation with sterile or distilled water.

Forehead Pain: Seems to be sinus congestion. Try OTC nasal irrigation. Also try Ibuprofen 600 mg every 6 hours when needed for pain or fever or headache. Can also try NyQuill or DayQuill.
