Getting hypoglycemic: When you go for too long without eating, your blood sugar levels start dropping, and you can become hypoglycemic and feel dizzy, and nauseous. So it's always good to have a small snack around that you can eat midmorning, to prevent your blood sugar level from dropping that low. Also, it's important to hydrate as well, so you don't get dehydrated too that can also make you light headed.

Low blood sugar: can cause this. Also low blood pressure can produce this sort of problem. Usually with low blood sugar you will feel hungry. I'd see a doctor and have a couple of things checked. Any chance of being pregnant or anemic?
