A member asked:

Does xyzal (levocetirizine) work on hives?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Robert Ramirez answered

Yes: Any antihistamine should. If it is not working, talk to your doctor who may recommend you increase it to up to 4 times a day, add "h2 blockers" like ranitidine, add singulair, (montelukast) etc.
