Yes: ok most hypo thyroid medication need to be taken on an empty stomach at least a half hour before you swallow any type of fluid whether it be seen in water or any other kind of fluid as well as food

Not likely: Semen is mainly protein and carbohydrates, but the amount from a single ejaculation episode is rarely enough to change the digestive properties, in terms of your medications. Take your medications as prescribed and recommended by a doctor, but don't allow the angst over medication timing, interfere with an otherwise healthy and safe sex life.
