Normal: It's normal for discharge to be clear, white and sometimes yellowish in color. So long as you don't have itching and there's no foul smell, likely everything is okay. Especially considering that you recently had a check up for STDs and HIV. Good job being proactive about your sexual health!

Get rechecked: Normal vaginal discharge varies a lot (clear vs cloudy, amount of mucus, etc) but color usually white to gray. Yellow, green or brown often is infection, especially if it also stains underwear. Which STDs were tested? Did you have a DNA test for trichomonas (not just microscopic exam)? Maybe nothing serious, but if it continues, get rechecked. Better safe than sorry! For sure not HIV, though.
