Pediatrics referral: Standard Process, the firm that makes Congaplex, makes a chewable product which the firm says supports the child's challenged immune system and upper respiratory tract. However, to be on the safe side I suggest you discuss this with your pediatrician to make certain for your child's age and health status this would be alright.

Probably, but...: Congaplex probably will not cause harm, but I do not see any dosing recommendations for small children. Unfortunately, with vitamins and supplements more is not always better so caution is advised. There are also numerous components that could be allergenic - thymus, kidney, adrenal gland, and wheat germ. So if you choose to give it, I would watch closely for a reaction.
