In the use: of psychotropic medications for the management of mood disorders we would hope that treatment not be worse than the disease. I'm having trouble understanding what you are trying to say about your libido. If it has worsened with the most recent adjustment in medication you should inform the prescribing physician. An adjustment in approach would most likely be undertaken.
