Likely: Most childre grow out of everything, but predictions of the future are always hazardous. These are not related to the medication

Possible: Hydrocortisone initially constricts the blood vessels but prolonged use would dilate them . If this is from the cortisone, then one would expect these vessels to return to normal within 2 weeks after stopping .
