Back pain : This is likely a musculoskeletal problem. The spine may be the source. Being upright/standing is probably what is loading (putting pressure) your spine and causing pain. If this pain is positional - ie worse with bending, twisting, or with taking a deep breath, musculoskeletal causes are more likely. Consider physical therapy if your doctor thinks that this is the cause.
