On skin?: Is the "lump" below your testicle but on the skin?If so, it is probably a sebaceous cyst.Other "lumps"inside the scrotum are usually not below the testis.For your peace of mind have it checked by a doctor. Testicular cancer is not a movable lump below the testis.Relax.Take care.
