I have been having headaches for the past 5 days, what does this mean? is it bad?

Various causes: There are different types of headaches but ones lasting five days should be evaluated by a physician. They may be tension, muscle contraction headaches or be due to sinus congestion, visual problems,or cranial problems. Migraines are not apt to last that long. High blood pressure is a less likely cause. Take TYLENOL (acetaminophen) and see your physician for diagnosis.

Headache: If this is new onset of a headache I would recommend you get checked. Does it effect your vision, are you light sensitive, is your neck stiff, do you have a fever. all concerning.
