Normal: A clear nipple discharge is not uncommon.This sounds like secretions from the breast glands and is not worrisome.Many things can cause itching including reactions to soaps, powders, detergents, etc.It is also very normal to miss periods while using the Mirena (levonorgestrel).While it is approved for use for 7 years in the UK, it is only approved for 5 years in this country and you should consider replacing it.
