A member asked:

Have bromocriptine 2.5mg tablets for pituarity gland tumour had blocked nose&nausea but that's gone, now i have runny nose all the time and it's green ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Side effect: Rhinitis (nose inflammation) is a known side effect to bromocriptine. If it is discolored, you may be developing a sinus infection, and should see a doctor about it. An alternate drug, cabergoline, has been available for many years and has far fewer side effects. You should talk to your endocrinologist about it.
