Are pcos patients have higher risk for blighted ovum?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Slightly: Statistically people with PCOS are at a slightly higher risk for miscarriage because their ovulations are not as "typical" as non-PCOS pts. If you are taking meds for your PCOS and continue them through the first trimester it can sometimes reduce your risk of miscarriage.
