Sounds systemic: There are too many problems to be isolated to 1 specific part of the body. I am not sure of what medications you are taking or what other medical conditions you have, but given your age I suspect that you have an electrolyte imbalance that is causing this cascade of problems. It could point to something serious. Get to an urgent care center or ER to get your electrolytes checked & other tests. GL!
