No: Everyone's body is different, and it may have taken your body this long to reach the level of HCG detectable in a UPT. As long as you are not having any problems, or significant medical history try to relax and not worry. If you are having any problems such as cramping or bleeding, see your doctor.

Positive pregnancy: I wouldn't worry about how long it took to show positive on the Pregnancy Test because the hormone change sometimes takes a few days to trigger the test results
