Need u/s and bld tst: Something doesn't add up. If your last period started 9/18/2014, you should have become pregnant around Oct 3. You should have had a positive pregnancy test around October 16 but your tests continued to be negative for several more weeks. This is possibly worrisome. You should see your gyn and have this sorted out with some blood tests and an ultrasound. Best wishes!

Depends: You are likely 6 weeks. However, that is assuming you have normal menstrual cycles of 28 days. As far as working out and exercising, maintain a healthy lifestyle. Avoid overexerting yourself. Listen to your body. Start prenatal vitamins. Follow up with your OB/GYN.
