Possibly a sore..but: Try to determine with your tongue (or finger) if it feels like there is a foreign thing there - can your tongue feel "edges" or "shape"? If so, you might have a small fish or chicken bone stuck in your tonsil!!!!! That is REALLY rare! With a history of canker sores, they can "feel sharp" when your tongue rubs against it. Look in a mirror -- if see something, OR if not better, see doctor!
