Very unlikely: just touching your girlfriend, even if you had semen on your hands, is extremely unlikely to cause her to become pregnant. the semen has to be ejaculated into her vagina, then travel to the uterus and/or fallopian tubes to have a chance of fertilizing an egg. that being said, if you don't want a pregnancy at this time, always use birth control.

Very slim chance: It is unlikely that sperm would survive the shower and then being exposed to fresh air for that long. It is not impossible, but very unlikely that this could cause pregnancy. Pregnancy is even less likely if your were engaged in touching rather than intercourse.
