Enlarged liver: Causes of enlarged liver: fatty liver ( diet ,autoimmune disease-psoriasis ), hepatitis, alcohol, meds, malnutrition . Fatty liver is associated with insulin resistance,diabetes is defined as elevated fasting glucose > 126 twice or 2 hour post glucose of 220 . Usually there is HgbA1c > 6.5. Treat fatty liver by diet/weight monitoring, exercise, avoid triggers, ? antioxidants. Follow with doc
