It's OK: It is ok to lose 1 kg per week. You must use a sensible, protein rich eating plan in order to lose fat and not muscle. Exercise is important too.

It depends: The answer depends on your current Body Mass Index or even your current height and weight. If you are low with the BMI you don't want weight loss. If you are higher that the BMI losing a KG or two or more would be a good thing.
