I've had a small ridge near uterus(?) since last period. tonight i got my period again, the ridge swelled bigger almost instantly. what could this be?

See doctor: you can only feel it and I presume that if your doctor does a pelvic he will be able to see it in your vagina. If is swells during your period it might be endometrium form endometriosis or something else. An examination is needed to render an opinion

Huh?: Your uterus is an internal organ, so I don't know what you mean by a ridge near it. Do you mean your lower abdomen or your perineum? You'll need to clarify your question.
