People with eating: disorders often have extremely high levels of denial and are out of touch with normal sensations of hunger. They seem to turn off the ability to feel pain and illness related to starvation. Contact an eating disorder clinic or psychologist who specializes in eating disorders ASAP. They will help you reconnect with your physical needs. Eating disorders are life threatening so seek help.
