Possible reflux: You may have reflux(GERD). Make sure that you do not eat anything for at least 2 hours prior to going to bed. Do not eat heavy meals prior to going to bed either. Use over-the-counter Nexium (esomeprazole) on Zantac. If the symptoms improve you most likely have GERD. It would then be advisable to limit fatty foods, milk or milk products.
