Not likely: Get to a doctor, preferably a gastroenterologist. If you have a primary care physician, start there. At a minimum, you need to get checked for gluten intolerance (bread). Can't explain the hazelnut thing, other than an innate intolerance (maybe allergy?). The simple answer is to avoid the two...
