Go to ER: These are not normal. Please see a doctor ASAP, particularly if there is any chance you hit your head. This can represent severe injuries and should not be ignored. Go now.

Mostly: Rear end injuries should not cause diarrhea unless you were literally rear ended. But nausea and headache, back pain, shoulder pain is typical. Its best you get fully examined by a doctor, Good luck

Normal: however you should see a doctor to get soe medication for the sore muscles and pain. You want to stay active and get sleep at night. An industrial strength nsaid and muscle relaxers will help you soldier on during the misery. An esamination will reassure you and your doctor that it is only the muscle and ligaments. That said, it takes forever, like 3-4 months to get back to normal.
