Possibly anxiety: With any kind of chest pain it is important to get it checked out to make sure that it is not possibly cardiac related. However, it could very easily be from the luvox. Although Luvox (fluvoxamine) is an antidepressant and antianxiety medication, if it is started too quickly at too high of a dose it can actually cause anxiety in the beginning. Many people experience anxiety as chest discomfort.
