Does hrt male to female add or redistribute fat to orbital fat since i had some orbital fat removed in the past?

TheEyesDon'tHave It: That's a good question.Fat can re-grow anywhere, whether it's been starved to near-death or removed. As I recall, HRT might either maintain a particular distribution of fat or redistribute it back to where you think it's supposed to go.Well, good luck with all that. It might, but there's much more to the whole hormone thing than that! Barring thyroid disease, don't sweat it or fear being an eyesore!

No: In males taking testosterone is not related to adding fat, but muscle. In females, taking estrogen has not been related to adding fat becasue it is replacing what was once there and not over doing it.
