Precautions: Nucynta (tapentadol) ER is an extended release tablet, so probably skipping a dose wouldn't make a difference at this point. But you should be advised not to mix alcohol with this product in the future, not to state the obvious.

OK, but use caution: If you have fully recovered from your drinks (have no hangover), hen it is OK to take Nucynta (tapentadol). It is a good idea to stay off of alcohol while you are taking Nucynta (tapentadol), because blood levels of Nucynta (tapentadol) are increased by alcohol
