OK to take both: However Toviaz (fesoterodine) should be taken at least 1 hour before cholystramine or 6 hours after to reduce any possible interference with absorption of the Toviaz (fesoterodine). Cholystramine binds bile within gastrointestinal tract & prevents it's reabsorption. It can also bind other substances & thus might bind Toviaz (fesoterodine) and render it ineffective.
