Anxiety: Sometimes the fear of a miscarriage can continue and if it becomes unmanageable it would be good to consult with a Clinical Psychologist to get help. Medications can be added to psychotherapy but if you don't want to take any medications while you are trying to become pregnant then psychotherapy alone can be very helpful.
