See a derm doc: Psoriasis is a chronic autoimmune disease that effects the skin and sometimes the joints. There is no cure. If it is severe, some of the newer IV or injectable drugs can get you better control than creams, but there is no cure. Talk to a dermatologist about your options and make sure that your diagnosis is correct in the first place.
