Not much: If you have had a tubal, you are not going to get pregnant naturally. If you see an infertility doc, they can stimulate your ovaries and remove eggs to fertilize. These can then be inserted into your uterus. It is a "procedure" for sure, but maybe not considered a surgery. Donor eggs could be used as well if you wanted to avoid the ovary stimulation and egg retrieval procedure. See your doc
