Glucose: Normal blood glucose levels are roughly 70-140 mg. If your doctor has you checking your blood sugar you could start by measuring on alternate mornings and evenings. If either or both of the results are higher than the list above you need to discuss this with your doctor. At your age diabetes can be beaten.
