The most common : Pregnancy symptom is a missed period. Not a late period, but a missed period. However, to be certain, you are either at a point where a home pregnancy test would be accurate, or will be I. 1-2 days. Did you have unprotected sex? Miss birth control pills or have a condom fail ? Again, having a period makes pregnancy unlikely. schedule an appt with your ob, tho, to be safe & have all options :)
