While quite low: Pregnancy is not impossible after tubal ligation. Depending on how the procedure was performed, "fail rates" while low, are non-zero. So, if you believe you're pregnant, take a hpt AND see your OB ASAP so that if you are pregnant you can start proper care or have all possible decisions open to you. Best of luck!!

Tubal: If you are asking about the success rate of a tubal reversal, the odds range from 40-85% depending age, type of tubal done, amount of scarring, surgeons skill, partner factors, etc. If you are simply asking about the failure rate on a tubal ligation, it is 2-10 per 1000 women.
