Several: Focusing on your low white Blood cell count, several possibilities are possible. You could have a bad virus infection, you could have blood, bone marrow disorders. Its more helpful to see your doctor for a complete history and physical before a diagnosis can be made

Leukopenia & anemia: It will be hard to determine what you have with only these two findings. You should at least have differential count and platelet count. You should go to a hematologist for proper evaluation. Are you symptomatic? He or she will do more blood tests for you. You might even need a bone marrow. Different diagnosis need to be considered Such as pernicious anemia, aplastic anemia or leukemia. Go soon
