Liver disease: Based on your description: elevated bilirubin and elevated all phosphatase plus jaundice of the eyes (yellow color of eyes), you have some sort of liver disease. Be sure to follow up with your doctor, preferably someone who specializes in the liver, to further diagnose and treat you. This is serious, so do not delay seeing your physician.

Many diseases: These signs & test results are worrisome. Is the bilirubin level a direct (conjugated) or indirect (unconjugated) level? Any other tests to help with diagnosis? Your eye color suggest jaundice, & the symptoms point to a cholestatic cause. You could have hepatitis or cirrhosis; each of these conditions have many causes. Gallstones, biliary cirrhosis are possible. In Pakistan, Hepatitis A is common.
