See a cardiologist: There are many possible causes for a chest pains like lung problems, muscle pain and gastrointestinal problems. Regardless, chest pain with shoulders pains, is always a red flag and visit to a cardiologist is warranted.

Chest X ray: Sounds like you may be developing an infection in your lungs. I would go to the urgent care or Emergency room to be evaluated and consider an X ray of your chest. They will check your oxygen and vital signs and will make it easier to make you feel better.
