Depends: If they are red spots beneath the breasts that are itchy, could be caused by a yeast infection. If they appear more like moles, could be seborrheic keratosis "age spots." If they are new or concerning you, see your doctor to have them evaluated.

Depends: As they say, not all "spots" are the same, more info (itching, color, location etc) possibly with a picture would be helpful to suggest possible cause. Depending on your age, pl consider getting a physical exam soon and get your breasts examined. While lots of women get eczema or acne on breasts, breast cancer worries should be addressed at the doctor's visit. Feel better:)
