Fasciculations?: The muscles don't die. In ALS, cell death occurs in the nervous system. Did you diagnose yourself with tongue fasciculations or did a doctor? Not all fasciculations are a sign of ALS (MND in the UK). If you're concerned (not inappropriate), get worked up. Swedish neurologists are considered among the best in their field worldwide. P.S. Are you sure it's not the Abilify (aripiprazole)?
