Treatment?: Are you treated? If not, get an evaluation done and begin treatment. Nothing will work if you do nothing, just as nothing succeeds like success. Take the leap, the gap is not that big and you will be amazed with the results. If you are treated and the treatment does not work now, it may be time for a change in treatment; such as different meds or more robust dosing.
