Sensitivity: Yes both the glans ( head ) area and the meatus are highly sensitive area of the penis. No concern unless red, swollen or with discharge. This is a very delicate and sensitive area of the male anatomy.

Does not sound: concerning to me. This area will be sensitive due to increased blood flow and significant amount of nerve endings in the area.
