Indeterminate: Hcg of less than 5 is negative for pregnancy and above 25 is considered positive...So at 16..It is a "not-sure" level. If you are tesing for pregnancy, repeat in a few days to a wk later, if no change or lower...Than negative...If gets significantly higher, then congrats... Consult your doc...Good luck.

Need to repeat: Agree with Dr. N. You should repeat the test in 2-3 days, if you are pregnant the level should double. Have a healthy diet, exercise, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.
