Bleeding w Mirena (levonorgestrel) : Mirena (levonorgestrel) IUD helps to decrease menstrual bleeding. However, the answer depends somewhat to how long you've had it, and whether it has moved or if you are pregnant. Would recommend a visit to your Dr to see what's going on. I would recommend that you don't have sex until then.
