No: Seeing a new physician requires that they get as detailed a history as possible so that they can treat you properly. The only way to prevent repeating all of that information is to get a Family doctor and see them for your problems.

Carry a summary: It's important that you go over your full medical history whenever you see a new Provider. It might help to carry a summary and a list of procedures and or medicines with you to make the transition easier. I suggest you try to have a primary care Doctor who will become familiar with your history.
